She began to teach Raja Yoga Meditation 2 years ago which allowed her to dive much deeper into this ancient spiritual knowledge gaining a deeper perspective. As a Law Degree holder\, she was unable to experience the real passion while working in the Legal field. However\, she began her yoga journey soon after\, for about 18 years. Professionally\, Sylvia works as a Hatha Yoga teacher as well as a Sound Healer. In life\, she plays a role of a single mom to 3 children\, up to a teenager. Her dedicated yoga and meditation practice and the spiritual studies enables her to find mental balance between work and family\, life and its meaning\, as well as to bring harmony in relationships with the self and others. Currently\, her main active passion is to always lend a helping hand to the world transformation through self-transformation\, physically\, spiritually\, energetically and vibrationally. She is currently the instrument to conduct Raja Yoga Meditation Introductory Course\, and the Advanced Raja Yoga Course called “The Language of God”\, and BK weekly Sustenance Sessions.					\n						\n				\n						\n					\n		\n								\n					\n		\n				\n						\n							\n					\n			\n							\n						\n				\n								\n				  ADMISSION FREE. ALL ARE WELCOME. All programs are offered free\, as a community service by the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization.Contributions from the heart are always welcomed to support the community and Zoom outreach initiative.
