As a senior teacher of the Brahma Kumaris these days he travels extensively and has visited more than 80+ countries as a speaker at international conferences and BK public programs\, including special guest at spiritual retreats; sharing his experiences of applying spirituality in daily life and also teaching meditation. From experience\, he knows meditation is an extraordinary tool to maintain mental\, emotional and spiritual health in a world increasingly challenged by anxiety\, stress\, greed and depression. Charlie feels we need a new wisdom for contemporary life. Our intellectual abilities help us handle the external world but often fall short when it comes to navigating the internal world\, a world often dominated by an over active mind\, anxiety\, feelings of self-doubt or a sense of superiority. This is where Charlie feels spirituality has a role to play. Spirituality helps us traverse the internal world to understand and experience the intrinsic self.
