Online Raja Yoga Meditation
Three-Week Introductory Course

This online course is offered three days per week for three weeks each month.
Week 1 – October 11, 13 and 15, 2021
Week 2 – October 18, 20 and 22, 2021
Week 3 – October 25, 27 and 29, 2021

This course is held online for 3 consecutive weeks via an interactive Zoom session from 7:45 – 8:45 PM PDT. Since each class is connected to the next, plan to attend all sessions, in sequence.
With Raja Yoga Meditation you can throw off the old patterns of influence and recreate yourself to be how you want to be. That is the power of Raja Yoga.
This ancient meditation practice harnesses your natural powers and trains your mind to be your friend. You are not your mind; you are not your body. You have a mind and you have a body. These ‘tools’ sometimes work well and at other times may need calm and exercise to get back to a healthy path.
Raja Yoga teaches us to step back and observe life, take a calm breath, cool our senses and reactions, and step forward in the way we choose to respond – independent of others urging us to think or act as they wish. Raja Yoga releases the power to respond with love by introducing the spiritual identity of the soul and how our daily actions and choices influence the main functions of the soul – the mind, intellect, and impressions. The power of thought will also be introduced and how this power may bring harmony and build better relationships in our lives. Methods will also be explored to understand and connect with the unconditional love of the Source. When we keep ourselves full, we have so much more to give others!
