Rona Schweitz | Rona was born in the Netherlands in 1967 from parents of Indonesian background and she studied medicine at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands. As a medical doctor she worked in refugee camps, in psychiatry and in clinical geriatrics. Her special interest is in total health, well-being and the forces that generate stress, illness, and suffering. She is convinced that the ailments of human beings have their roots at the level of consciousness. She is a student and meditator with the Brahma Kumaris for more than 30 years and the past 15 years she has dedicated fully to the work of the Brahma Kumaris. Rona is presently based in Manhattan, New York where she oversees the activities of the Brahma Kumaris Manhattan Meditation Center. Rona has also authored the book “Experience Meditation” and accompanying CD, BKIS 2017.
