Experience is the everyday dynamics of living our lives. We cannot live our lives without going through an endless chain of experiences. What complicates our lives and has the tendency to add stress to it is our relationship of resistance to our challenging daily experiences. Unless we improve our relationship with our experiences our day-to-day interaction with life can be less than desirable. Experiences are our direct and personal learning blocks to growth and maturity, especially emotional maturity. This conversation will focus on approaching life’s experiences as a tool for growth and an emotional maturity. In turn learning from life in a way which allows for us to grow from each experience intelligently. This is what makes a person the embodiment of experience. Remember, life doesn’t do it to you, life does it for you.

Join us for another captivating conversation on how to become an embodiment of experience. Our special speaker for this insightful dialogue is BK Tyrone Jackson. Tyrone has been a student and teacher of the Brahma Kumaris – New England Zone, for 17+ years. He has been a healthcare professional in the Nursing Home Industry working primarily with residents dealing with Alzheimer’s for the past 15 years. He has started his own practice as a Life and Spiritual Coach for Personal Growth, a Reiki Master Practitioner and a Teacher of Raja Yoga for the last 6 years.
