In the face of these fast moving and often chaotic times, we often long for peace of mind. A peaceful mind can be our best friend. But is our mind peaceful? In this class, we will explore how the mind works, our relationship with our mind, and how to improve the quality of our thoughts and feelings. You may be surprised to discover that a peaceful mind is within your power to create and enjoy regardless of the outside circumstances. This program will include discussion and guided meditation practice.
Presenter of this afternoon’s Insightful Dialogue will be Dr. Anne O’Hare. Dr. Anne has been a student and teacher of Raja Yoga Meditation with the Brahma Kumaris (BK) since 2011 and has visited the BK headquarters in Rajasthan, India several times for additional spiritual training. Dr. Anne has been a Registered Nurse for over 25 years and holds a Doctoral Degree in Nursing Leadership. She currently works for the Department of Veterans Affairs and also teaches BK Meditation classes from her home in Ocala, FL. Dr. Anne has always followed her interests of self development and discovery. She has great love for God and is able to share her experiences in such a way as to enable others to experience for themselves.
