The facilitator of this Saturday afternoon’s conversation is Sister Sujata Rathi.  Sister Sujata is a Certified Health, Dietician and Nutrition Expert.  She is also certified as a professional Fitness Advisor and Trainer. Sister Sujata is a graduate from Pune University with a First-Class Honours Bachelor – Home Science Degree. She is also a certified Fitness Consultant and Yoga Trainer. Currently, she co-ordinates the Wellness Centre at The Global Hospital and Research Centre in Mount Abu, Rajasthan, and has been a Dietician and Fitness Advisor there for over twenty-five years.

She has been invited to over 4000 wellness programs and retreats to deliver lectures on topics like Illness to Wellness, Healthy Mind Healthy Body, Holistic Wellbeing, Detoxification etc. She has performed mass exercises in India and abroad. She also designs Lifestyle Intervention Programs for Coronary Artery Diseases, Diabetes, Obesity, Arthritis, Hypertension and Asthma.  Programs are based on diet, exercise and pranayama regimes. Sister Sujata has also been honored with awards like ‘Nari Shakti Award’ and ‘Suryadatta National Award’ for Excellence in the field of Health & Research.
