The recent developments in our world have increased our awareness regarding the importance of health and wellness. While many of us are doing our best to stay protected from the virus, stay healthy and fit, it is important to know that it takes time and practice to create and maintain inner well being, a state where we are healthy in both our mind and body. In this talk we will learn how to integrate wellness into our routine with the right awareness, practice and fun. We could easily find 10 ways of creating inner wellbeing if not more!

Presenter of this afternoon’s Insightful Dialogue will be Dev Lingadevaru, a Rajayogi for more than 29 years. He started his spiritual path with the Brahma Kumaris during his young student life back in India. He has not only learnt the art of meditation but also makes it easy for others to learn and experience. He teaches and facilitates workshops in positive thinking, changing anger to peace, managing stress and many other self development classes.

By profession, Dev is a Software Engineer working at one of the leading financial institutions in Boston, MA. USA. Born and raised in Bangalore, India, Dev has a passion to bring positive energy into the lives of many and make the community value based.
