In situations when our mind and heart become aggravated, we often blame the other as the cause of our suffering. Join us and experience how you can harmonize these moments by turning situations around by creating a shift in perspective. Experiment with techniques that will allow you to return to your natural inner harmony and balance and restore your relationship with the self and others.
We request for your timely arrival and ask that you have paper and pen to participate in the exercises.
