(Body Movement Work) Spring Series
Ashtanga yoga is a Moving Meditation. It is a union of the Mind, Body and Breath. In other words, Ashtanga Yoga means:

A- Acceptance of Self and Others
G- Grateful to Nature for Sustaining Us
A – Affirm Yourself and Encourage Others | Yoga – Union
