Sylvia Young has been a dedicated student of the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University since 2021. In 2023, she began teaching Raja Yoga Meditation, deepening her understanding and experience of this ancient spiritual wisdom. Holding a Law degree, Sylvia initially pursued a career in the legal field but found herself drawn toward a more meaningful and heart-centered path. Her journey into yoga began in 2007. Professionally, Sylvia serves as a Hatha Yoga Teacher and Sound Healer. She also facilitates sessions in Mental Health and Addiction Treatment Centers, where she offers accessible, reflective approaches to self-awareness, emotional regulation, and inner stability.

Beyond her professional roles, Sylvia is a single mother of three children. Through her consistent practice of yoga, meditation, and spiritual study, she maintains a grounded balance between family life, professional service, and inner growth, while nurturing harmony within herself and in her relationships with others. Deeply inspired by the principle of world transformation through self-transformation, Sylvia’s current focus is to support individuals in reconnecting with their inner strength and clarity, physically, mentally, energetically and vibrationally. She serves as an instrument in facilitating Raja Yoga Meditation Introductory Course Series, the advanced series “The Language of God,” as well as weekly Sustenance Sessions for experienced practitioners.
