Although Shila Sanghani has been studying the silent art of Raja Yoga Meditation taught by the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University for over 5 years, she is currently one of the most experienced teachers, a certified yoga instructor in the Chicago metro area and around the world via zoom. In her 15 years of voluntary practice, she has helped rejuvenate people of all ages through light yogic stretches, pranayama and meditation. She combines the power of breath and the power of thoughts to bring about self-healing and self-realization.
Shila has led several workshops and national retreats while running regular classes at multiple locations. She has even worked alongside many doctors and other professionals to help with a range of medical conditions. Her teachings, shared with love and lightness, have transformed the lives of many.
