As we are faced more often with health and life challenges, we see worry percolating at exponential rate, all around us. Life with all its uncertainties is calling each and every one of us to develop ways that will help us start living with purpose.

Please join us in this 90 minute experiential session where together we will explore how to use the power of breath through Pranayama and Yogic stretches as well as foster attitudes such as positive thinking and meditation that facilitates healing, care and overall health for ourselves as well as others.

Although Shila Sanghani has been studying the silent art of Raja Yoga Meditation taught by the Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual University for over 5 years, she is currently one of the most experienced teachers, a certified yoga instructor in the Chicago metro area and around the world via zoom. In her 15 years of voluntary practice, she has helped rejuvenate people of all ages through light yogic stretches, pranayama and meditation. She combines the power of breath and the power of thoughts to bring about self-healing and self-realization.

Shila has led several workshops and national retreats while running regular classes at multiple locations. She has even worked alongside many doctors and other professionals to help with a range of medical conditions. Her teachings, shared with love and lightness, have transformed the lives of many.
