BK Elizabeth Haddad is an educator, speaker, and lifelong student of spirituality whose journey has taken her across cultures, careers, and profound personal transformation. With a background in business, technology, education, and community service, she has dedicated much of her life to exploring the relationship between personal responsibility, inner peace, and purposeful living.
With over 30 years of Raja Yoga meditation practice, Elizabeth is deeply inspired by the teachings of the Brahma Kumaris, where she continues to study and serve. Through her talks, workshops, and personal reflections, she encourages others to look beyond appearances, embrace authentic living, and discover meaning through both joy and adversity. She is also the devoted mother of one son, with whom she has cultivated a lifelong friendship built on love, mutual respect, and shared growth.
