We often encounter upsetting situations in our lives, there are things we don’t like and people we don’t like. We try and struggle with it, and when failed, we get really annoyed. Why? What are they coming here for? How can I understand it? And how can I make it a gift for myself instead of always getting or feeling stuck? On December 2nd, Shuntian Yao will share on this topic and all its questions.

Shuntian Yao is from Beijing China. She works as trainer in leadership & psychology, and as executive coach for enterprises. She learned Raja Yoga from Brahma Kumaris about 30 years ago in Boston, and that changed her career path from Molecular Biology to study of souls. She has been practicing meditation and share as a volunteer since then.
